Maharashtra : After the resignation of Uddhav Thackeray, Sanjay Raut said this on NCP and Congress, said – Sharad Pawar stood together
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said on Wednesday night that Maharashtra has lost a sensible and decent chief minister in the form of Uddhav Thackeray, who has graciously stepped down. Apart from this, he said that Sharad Pawar guided Uddhav Thackeray and the Congress remained with the government. After Uddhav Thackeray’s resignation as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Sanjay Raut tweeted, “He is also grateful to NCP chief Sharad Pawar for persuading Bal Thackeray’s son Uddhav to take over as Chief Minister in 2019.
“Pawar gave his guidance. When his (Uddhav Thackeray) people (rebel Shiv Sena MLAs) were stabbing him in the back, Pawar stood firmly behind Uddhav. We have lost a sensible and decent Chief Minister.”

Sanjay Raut said – ready to go to jail
Rajya Sabha MP said- He will carry forward the legacy of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray and is ready to go to jail. “Cheaters never end well and history can prove it. Now, this is the beginning of a massive victory for Shiv Sena. We will face lathis, go to jail but will keep Balasaheb Thackeray’s Shiv Sena alive.”
Sanjay Raut said that Congress leaders should always be with the government. “Power comes and goes and no one is here to be in power permanently,” he said, adding that justice must be done. Raut said, “It is time for litigation. These days will soon pass.”

Uddhav Thackeray is not one to run away from responsibility: Sanjay Raut
Earlier, he had said that Thackeray is not going to run away from responsibility and he will fight till the end. He said that Shiv Sena will rise again and a Shiv Sainik will again become the Chief Minister. “Uddhav Thackeray is our leader. The kind of support he has…he will fight till the end.”
Without naming BJP, Sanjay Raut said that those who want to grab power can do so but the future will be of Shiv Sena.
