The collection of ‘Rocketry’ improved on Sunday, ahead of ‘Vikram’ and ‘Beast’ in Hindi

The magic of producer, director and actor R Madhavan’s film ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ is slowly starting to impress the audience as compared to both the Hindi films that released on Friday. Released in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam with an opening of Rs 1.73 crore on Friday, the film has further improved its collections on Sunday after taking a stellar jump on Saturday. The film’s popularity continued to grow throughout the weekend owing to the praise the film was receiving on social media. Talking about the earnings of only the Hindi version of this R Madhavan film, it has earned better than two Tamil stars Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’ and Vijay’s film ‘Beast’ on the first weekend.

Madhavan’s Hindi film after six years
Actor R Madhavan’s film ‘Rocketry’, who came from Tamil cinema to Hindi films, has also been released in Hindi and Malayalam apart from Tamil. Madhavan’s last film with a solo lead that released in Hindi was the 2016 film Saala Khadoos. After this he appeared in a special appearance in Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif’s film ‘Zero’. His Tamil film ‘Vikram Vedha’, which was released after the film ‘Saala Khadoos’, was a super hit and now Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are working in its Hindi remake. Meanwhile, his films released in Telugu like ‘Savyasachi’, ‘Nishabdam’ released in Tamil and Telugu and ‘Mara’ released in Tamil were also liked.

The film ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ is Madhavan’s second film in the last six years to release in Hindi as a solo lead hero. The film tells the story of Nambi Narayan, a space scientist arrested on false charges of espionage. It competed directly at the box office with the film ‘Rashtra Kavach Om’ released by Zee Studios and even without promotion, the film ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ maintained its lead from day one. In the first weekend, the total collection of ‘Rashtra Kavach Om’ stood at around Rs 4.91 crore, while the film ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ has touched Rs 8.40 crore in the first weekend.

The initial figures of Sunday’s box office collection have started coming in and according to this, the film “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect” further improved its figures for Friday and Saturday and earned around Rs 3.70 crore on Sunday by taking all the language versions inclusive. Is. According to the final figures of Saturday, the film had earned Rs 2.97 crore. At the same time, the collection of ‘Rashtra Kavach Om’ on Sunday is expected to be the same as Saturday’s collection of Rs 1.70 crore, according to the initial figures.

Beyond ‘Vikram’ and ‘Beast’ in Hindi
In its first weekend, the Hindi version of the film “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect” has earned Rs 4.70 crore at the box office. The film has earned Rs 0.90 crore in Hindi on the first day, Rs 1.60 crore on the second day and Rs 2.20 crore on the third day as per the initial figures. Comparing this collection with Tamil stars’ films released this year, it is much higher than the Hindi versions of Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’ and Vijay’s ‘Beast’. The Hindi version of the film “Vikram” earned Rs 2.08 crore in the first weekend and the Hindi version of “Beast” earned Rs 1.50 crore in the first weekend.
