New variant of Corana virus surfaced in China, government issued new guidelines
Coronavirus cases are increasing in many countries of the world including India. Meanwhile, new variants of corona virus have been detected in China. On Wednesday, cases related to new sub-variants of Omicron were detected in Beijing and Shanxi provinces. In view of this, new Corona Guidelines have been created in Beijing, the capital of China, under which it will now be mandatory for people to show vaccination certificates in public places.
Corona restrictions may be tightened
According to the state-run Global Times, Omicron’s sub-variant BA.5.2 was detected in Beijing and in northwestern China’s Shanxi province, which has strengthened anti-epidemic measures in those regions. The new sub-variants were discovered when China was considering easing its strict zero Covid policy by easing Corona restrictions and allowing international air travel. But now again there can be strictness in the corona restrictions in China.
Vaccination certificate to be shown in public places
Significantly, after the decline in corona cases in the past, China started easing the corona restrictions. Earlier, a strict lockdown was imposed in China. People had to remain locked in their homes for several days. But some malls and markets were reopened after Karona came under control. But now to go to the public place again, the vaccination certificate will have to be shown.
Booster dose can be taken in India after 6 months
Let us tell you that in India too, there is an increase in corona cases. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the central government has made a big announcement regarding the ongoing vaccination campaign against Covid. The central government reduced the interval of booster COVID-19 doses to six months from the earlier nine months.
