Bihar / Bhagalpur : The SI of GRP was sitting on the seat – if asked to leave the seat, then the elderly TT was thrashed
An elderly TT was badly beaten up by an SI of GRP in Bakhtiyarpur between Danapur Barh rail section working on duty in Bhagalpur Intercity Express. TTE Dinesh Kumar Singh has registered a case against GRP SI Sunil Kumar in Barh police station. Dinesh Kumar Singh (SRTE) told that his duty was in the AC chair car of C1 coach in Bhagalpur Intercity Express (13402 Down). He was going from Danapur to Bhagalpur while doing his work in CE 1 coach.

When GRP SI Sunil Kumar was asked about the seat that this is your seat? If you do not have a seat, then when the people who have this seat come, you will move to another bogie. On hearing this, SI Sunil Kumar, a resident of Bakhtiyarpur, and his companions started beating him badly. After this they were saved by the women together. Somebody recorded the video of this incident in his mobile camera and now this video is becoming fiercely viral. There were also many youths in the train who had witnessed this incident and confirmed this incident of assault.

Due to this matter, Bhagalpur Intercity Express stopped at Barh station for about half an hour. Many passengers did not understand the reason for the train being stopped. Many people were in a state of confusion as to why the train was halted for so long. SRTE Dinesh Kumar Singh has lodged a written complaint in Barh police station for appropriate action against SI Sunil Kumar regarding this matter. Now it remains to be seen what action the law takes against the SI.
