Uttar Pradesh: There will be anarchy due to increase in population of one class, there should be no imbalance of population – Yogi
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that increasing the population of the same class will lead to anarchy. There should be no imbalance of population. CM Yogi said that in countries where population is high, demographic imbalance becomes a matter of concern. Because there is an opposite effect on the religious demography, then after a time there is chaos, anarchy starts to take birth. Therefore, with the efforts of population stabilization, all the views on religion, class, sect should be combined equally.
On the occasion of World Population Day, before this program organized at the CM residence in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi flagged off an awareness rally, starting the Population Stabilization Fortnight. CM Yogi said that when it comes to family planning, population stabilization, then we also have to keep in mind that efforts to control population must be successful, but the situation of demographic imbalance should not arise anywhere. It should not happen that the speed of increasing the population of any one class is high and those who are native, their population should be controlled by efforts of population stabilization, enforcement and awareness efforts.
Chief Minister Yogi said that Uttar Pradesh has given excellent results in the last five years. In maternal anemia, it has come down from 51.1% to 45.9% today. Full immunization has increased from 51.1% to about 70% in 05 years. The rate of institutional delivery which was 67-68% earlier is going to 84% today. Efforts to control maternal-child mortality have yielded good results. With the efforts of inter-departmental coordination and awareness, the state will surely be successful in its goals.
