Uttar Pradesh : Hindu side split on Gyanvapi case, lawyer Vishnu Jain accused of benefiting Muslim side

There is a split in the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi Masjid Shringar Gauri case in Varanasi. One of the five litigants in the case, Rakhi Singh’s uncle and Vishwa Vaidik Sanatan Sangh president Jitendra Singh Vishen, has accused the Hindu side’s advocate Vishnu Jain of benefitting the Muslim side. On Tuesday, by giving an application in the court of the district judge, accused advocate Vishnu Jain of getting the case finished. Said that Jain is a member of the State Council. Despite being a government advocate, he is fighting a case against the government.

He also alleged that Vishnu Jain is an authorized member of the Indian Islamic Culture Center. Vakalatnama has been filed in this case on behalf of Vishnu Jain at the behest of the Centre. Said that the Muslim side can get the case finished by making the basis of advocate Vishnu Jain. The application has been given in the district judge’s court today so that the case is not over. It was also alleged that conspiracy was being hatched to close the case. Said that Sonia Gandhi is the patron of India Islamic Culture Center.

Visen said that I will not reveal the name of that person, but his membership number is 1289. That person has completely made Vishnu Shankar Jain his puppet. India Islamic Culture Center has hijacked the Gyanvapi case.

Visen questioned that on May 26, 2022, Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain presented Vakalatnama in the court under the signatures of Manju Vyas, Sita Sahu, Lakshmi Devi and Rekha Pathak, the plaintiffs of Maa Shringar Gauri case. Rakhi Singh, an important litigant in the Shringar Gauri case, was not involved in this. Before that he had never filed a Vakalatnama.

Visen said that how Vishnu Shankar Jain presented Vakalatnama against the state, while he is the advocate of Uttar Pradesh government in the Supreme Court. One who is an advocate of the State cannot file his Vakalatnama in the case against him. On this basis the Muslim side will get our claim and arguments rejected. In this way, Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain is bent on destroying our claim by hatching a conspiracy. He imposed Vakalatnama so that our case can be easily dismissed.
