Uttarakhand / Dehradun : RTO Dinesh Pathoi reinstated, allegations turned out to be baseless in investigation, Pathoi expressed gratitude to CM

It has been said in the Constitution of India that even if lakhs of guilty are acquitted, an innocent person should not be punished. Today the same was seen in Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister immediately suspended the RTO Dinesh Chandra Pathoi of Dehradun, who was found absent in the inspection in the past. But after the investigation report, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami, restored Dinesh Chandrapathoi to the same post from which he was removed.

In the history of Uttarakhand, only a few examples are found when an officer with his honor is reinstated in the same place from which he was suspended. Surely this can be considered a good example, the Constitution of India also states that even if a lakh of guilty are acquitted, but an innocent should not be punished without making a mistake.
