Uttarakhand / Haldwani: Nurses in STH did not get salary for 4 months, boycotted
The outsourced nursing staff posted in Sushila Tiwari Government Hospital has opened a front regarding non-payment of salary. He has not received salary for the last four months. Nursing staff has started boycotting work for salary. On Friday, people of the nursing staff left work and gathered in the premises and raised slogans against the government and the hospital management.
The employees say that they have not received their salary for the last four months. Everyone has forgotten the work done by him during the Corona period. After the situation is right, they are being treated step-motherly. The hospital management is threatening them that if they do not want to work, then leave the job. The hospital management did not even tell that the contract of the company with which the earlier contract was to keep the nurses is over, due to which they are angry.
Violent agitation warning: The hospital nurses said that they are being misled and they will be forced to stage a dharna in the hospital premises to fight for their rights and the work boycott will continue till the salary is not paid.
Government will take decision: In this whole matter, Principal Dr Arun Joshi of Medical College says that AVSM outsourcing agency had a contract with the government, under which these nurses were appointed, whose contract ended on 31 March. are done. After this, now these people have been re-appointed from July 1 through the new agency TDS. Now talks are going on with the government for the payment of the previous salary, on which the decision is yet to come as to how the arrears can be given. The hospital management cannot do anything on this and the government will take a decision on this subject.
