JDU-BJP alliance may break in Bihar, Nitish Kumar preparing to form government with RJD-Congress

The JDU-BJP alliance may break once again in Bihar. It is being told that in a day or two, JDU can announce its separation from BJP. According to sources, Nitish Kumar is preparing to form an alternative government along with RJD, Left Front and Congress.

JDU is accusing BJP of breaking its party. JDU is accusing the party of trying to break through RCP Singh, who has recently resigned from the party. Not only this, most of the MLAs of Nitish Kumar’s party do not want mid-term elections. In such a situation, Nitish Kumar is exploring options to form the government with RJD, Left Front and Congress.

RJD also called a meeting

In view of the political developments in Bihar, a meeting of RJD MLAs is to be held in Patna tomorrow. This meeting is being considered very important amidst the ongoing speculation about the JDU-BJP alliance. All the MPs of RJD will also reach Patna by this evening to take part in the meeting.

‘Nitish Kumar in touch with Congress leadership’

According to Congress sources, CM Nitish Kumar has contacted the Congress leadership. However, Congress sources refused to divulge that Nitish Kumar spoke directly to Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Even since RCP Singh has resigned, he has become active in the opposition party. Bihar Congress in-charge Bhakta Charan Das said that he is officially going to Tana to participate in the official programs of the Congress party related to Independence Day, but sources say that he will also keep an eye on the rapidly changing situation in the state.

The way in which the situation of confrontation between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and BJP has been created in the last few days, after that questions are being raised continuously that the NDA government will fall in Bihar and Nitish will form the government again with RJD. Actually, if we look at the developments of the last 1 month, it seems that everything is not going well between Nitish and BJP. This has happened 4 times in a month, when Nitish Kumar has cut his throat from BJP. Let us inform that Nitish’s corona positive report came two weeks ago. His report came negative on 3 August.

How did Nitish keep distance from BJP in a month?

First, a meeting of all the Chief Ministers of the country was called on July 17 under the chairmanship of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, but Nitish Kumar did not attend this meeting. After that, on 22 July, Nitish Kumar was also invited to the farewell banquet of the then President Ram Nath Kovind, but he did not attend that program.

Nitish Kumar was also invited to the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected President Draupadi Murmu on July 25, but he did not go.

On 7 August i.e. even today, Nitish Kumar was called to attend the meeting of NITI Aayog under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister but he did not attend this meeting.

RCP episode added fuel to the fire

RCP had resigned from the primary membership of the party after the party sought clarification regarding the manner in which former Union Minister and former National President of Janata Dal United RCP Singh acquired immense assets. In the political corridors of Bihar, it is well known that RCP Singh has a very good relationship with BJP leaders and it is said that he works as a BJP man of Janata Dal United. Perhaps this is the reason that when the Narendra Modi cabinet was expanded last year, RCP Singh became a minister at the Center without the consent of Nitish Kumar.

According to sources, when Nitish Kumar did not send RCP Singh to Rajya Sabha for the third time and he had to resign from the Union Cabinet, the distance between Nitish and RCP Singh increased after that. Meanwhile, Nitish understood the BJP’s ‘game’ that he was using RCP Singh to weaken him and that is why in time Nitish accused RCP Singh of corruption and consequently RCP Singh resigned from the party.
