Uttarakhand : The government gave permission for trial against many officers including former IFS Kishanchand, this revelation was astonishing

The government has given permission for the trial of former IFS Kishanchand and other officers. There was a case of irregularity in the construction of Tiger Safari in Corbett Park. Last week, the Vigilance submitted the investigation report and sought permission from the government for the trial. Confirming this, Director Vigilance Amit Sinha said that a case will be registered in Haldwani sector by evening.

In the case of disproportionate assets, IFS Kishanchand has left behind the good people. He owns property not one or two times but 375 times his income. This was disclosed by the Vigilance in the investigation. Vigilance had started investigation against IFS Kishanchand in the year 2019 for possessing disproportionate assets.

He was also called several times to record his statement. Now Vigilance has completed this investigation. Vigilance has disclosed assets worth around Rs 33 crore. Of these, only assets worth Rs 7 crore are in the name of Kishanchand. Whereas, the rest have been bought in the name of their families.

Stone crusher in the name of son, school in the name of wife
Kishanchand has installed Abhishek stone crusher in his son’s name. Whereas, Brij International Public School has been built in Piran Kaliyar in the name of wife. A trust has also been formed in the name of the wife. Kishanchand took a loan by buying the property in his name but it has not been returned yet.

Haridwar DFO deposited money from people
Kishanchand has deposited a large amount of money from the people in this trust. He has deposited this money while on the post of DFO of Haridwar. Along with this, Vigilance has mentioned in the chargesheet that IFS Kishanchand got their lands in their name in lieu of giving jobs to the people in Lansdowne Division while being DFO Haridwar. Along with this, he has also bought a house of 2.40 crores in Dehradun Basant Vihar. A loan of 60 lakhs for the house has been taken from the trust of the school. 1.80 crore has been taken from wife’s account. This money was deposited a day ago from different people.
