Uttarakhand / Bajpur : One and a half year old innocent died by drowning in a bucket full of water

A one-and-a-half-year-old girl died after drowning in a bucket full of water in village Maheshpura in Bajpur, Uttarakhand. The incident caused a furore in the family. The incident happened late Friday evening in village Maheshpura. Rupbasant Saini’s wife Rani had gone to pamper her one and a half year old daughter Maanvi on a cot and made cow dung cakes. During this, the girl suddenly drowned after falling into a plastic bucket filled with water kept nearby.

Frightened by this, the family took the innocent child in an unconscious state to a hospital in the village where the doctor declared her dead. There was a furore in the family as soon as the news was received. As soon as the incident came to light, there was a crowd of people around the hospital and the house. Former head Rakesh Gupta told that Roopbasant Saini sells vegetables in the village itself. Manvi was the youngest daughter among their four children.

Even the voice of the innocent girl did not come out

The father of the deceased, Roopbasant told that his innocent child fell vomiting in the bucket while playing. The girl’s voice could not even come out. When his eldest son sleeping in the house woke up, he told his mother. Seeing the girl drowned in the bucket, there was chaos in the house.
