A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Gurugram, Haryana. A painful accident has happened in Sector-111 here on Sunday. 6 children drowned in this accident. It is being told that all the children drowned while taking a bath in the rainy drain of the area. After extensive search the bodies of all the children were recovered. Relief work was hampered due to darkness. Police and administration officials reached the spot. The family members of the children also gathered on the banks of the pond. The age of the drowned children is between 8-13 years.
It is being told that the police control room got information that a dozen children have drowned in Sector 111. Divers were called in the pond and the work of locating the children started. After a long time the body of a child could be retrieved. At the same time, the bodies of other children were also recovered hours later.
Seeing the full pond, went to take a bath!
Police said that teams of fire brigade are engaged in the rescue operation. All the children are said to be residents of the nearby colony Shankar Vihar. Seeing the water in the pond, all these children went down to take a bath in the pond. The clothes of these children were found on the bank of the pond.

DM Nishant Yadav, who reached the spot, said that the bodies of all the 6 children have been recovered. All the children were between 8-13 years of age. We are making announcements in the local area to inform us if any other child is missing. If needed, we will do combing in the pond again and the water of the pond can also be extracted.
The names of the six children who drowned are Varun, Rahul, Deva, Ajit, Piyush, Durgesh. It is being told that here the land of Bajghera village is taken and the builder was getting the work done.
