Uttarakhand : CM Dhami launches 1100 year old ‘Chadi Yatra’, leaves for Chardham

The Dashnami stick was flagged off today by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to visit Chardham and other Math temples of Uttarakhand after duly offering prayers at the Maya Devi temple. A large number of saints including Mahant Hari Giri, Patron of Juna Akhara and General Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad and President of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad Mahant Ravindra Puri were present on the occasion of the worship of Dashnami stick.

After this the ancient stick yatra was brought to Haridwar and established.
