Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Sanjeevani Diwali Fest 2022 concludes, the festival was organized by Civil Service Officers Wives Association

The Sanjeevani Diwali Fest – 2022, organized by the Civil Service Officers Wives Association at the Civil Service Institute, Old Mussoorie Road, Dehradun, concluded on Sunday. Geeta Dhami participated as the chief guest on the occasion of this concluding ceremony. During this, he visited about 70 stalls from different districts in the program, in which local products and food of Uttarakhand were prominently displayed. During this, he bought local products and got information related to it. Gita Dhami while highly appreciating the fest organized by Sanjeevani said that while all the officers are playing their important role in the development of Uttarakhand, while women are cooperating in the development of the state and the country with the spirit of social service and Antodaya. Huh. He said that the fair organized by Sanjeevani Sansthan is a step towards realizing the dream of self-reliant India of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that today women are taking care of their families by becoming self-reliant. He said that the state government is also continuously promoting local products with the help of “One Distinct to Product”.

It is noteworthy that like other years, this year also Sanjeevani Diwali Fest lasted for two days. This year the fair focused on Vocal for Local, Self-reliant India and Women Empowerment. During this, the products manufactured by Self Help Groups under National Rural Livelihood Mission were showcased through stalls, which included Manduwe biscuits made in Pauri district, hill fruits like Malta, orange juices, homemade pickles, local products of Nainital district, Stalls, shawls, mufflers, sweaters made in Vikasnagar area, fans made in Uttarkashi, worship easy, Aipan design sarees from Pithoragarh district, and copper utensils, Rajma of Joshimath, products of hill figs, products of Ringal, handmade candles, Pottery, diyas, products of Ringal, products made of cow dung, paintings, as well as special products of decoration materials, candles etc. made by the handicapped children in Haridwar were given place.

Also the stalls set up in the fair were mostly run by women. On this occasion President of the organization Dr. Harleen Kaur Sandhu, Secretary of Sanjeevani Sansthan Rashmi Bardhan, Vice President Dr. Alaknanda Ashok, Treasurer Anjali Sinha, Anshu Pandey, Anuradha Sudhanshu, Akanksha Sinha, Mathani Fanai, Gunjan Yadav, Harika Rajesh, Rajni Tomar, Shikha Pandey, Vinita Kunwar and other dignitaries were present.
