DCP of Cuttack said that in a strange incident in Cuttack, Odisha, a young man was tied to a scooty and run on the busy road. In a video going viral on social media, two men are seen tying a young man to a scooter and running on the road.
Police arrested two accused

DCP Mishra said that after investigating the criminal background of the accused, they will be produced in the court.
