Uttarakhand : 750 unemployed people sued for picketing without permission, blocking roads and obstructing traffic throughout the day
750 unemployed people who traveled to the Chief Minister’s residence have come under the scanner of legal action. A case has been registered against them for protesting without permission, blocking the road and obstructing traffic throughout the day. A total of three cases have been registered against the violators. Two of these are from the Dalanwala police station and the city is of Kotwali.
On Monday, different organizations of the unemployed marched to the Chief Minister’s residence for their demands. In this, people were involved in raising the issues of demand for Stenographer, JE and LT recruitment. Their journey went to the Chief Minister’s residence. In these, the LT unionists also blocked the road near Globe Chowk. After this he went towards the Chief Minister’s residence. They were stopped near Hathibarkala. Here they kept jammed for the whole day. This caused problems for the people in movement. In this regard, two cases have been registered on behalf of Hathibarkala outpost in-charge Harsh Arod, people involved in two different teams. At the same time, the Dhara Chowki police has registered a case for depositing it near Globe Chowk. In this case, a total of 750 youths, including Uttarakhand Unemployed Union’s state president Bobby Panwar, Vikas Panwar, Sandeep Panwar, Ankit Dangwal, Vinay Jamloki, Arvind Aswal, Anant Raturi, Vinay Prakash, Harish Bangwal, have been made accused.
