The program of the thirteenth was to be held on 22 October

It is written on the viral receipt that the thirteenth program of late Mulayam Singh Yadav is to be held on 22 October in Pali Bijora village of Madiyahun, Jaunpur. The receipt also shows the signature of Jagdish Yadav as the recipient. However, now the program has been cancelled.
