Uttarakhand : While leaving for Delhi, CM gave a gift of sweets “Baal Mithai” to the PM and a “Pahari Cap”

This was Modi’s sixth visit to Kedarnath and second to Badrinath after becoming the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister had reached Uttarakhand on Friday. The Prime Minister took rest of the night in Badrinath itself on Friday. After which PM Modi left for Dehradun from Badrinath at around 7.30 am on Saturday morning and from here PM Modi left for Delhi at 8:50 am.

Returning from Badri-Kedar, before leaving for Delhi, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami presented the famous Bal Mithai of Almora in Uttarakhand to the Prime Minister on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. Chief Minister Dhami also presented a Pahari Topi to Prime Minister Modi.

Foundation stone laid for projects worth 3400 crores

Let us inform that Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday laid the foundation stone of 3400 crore projects in Badrinath, Kedarnath and Mana, the last village of the country. After reaching Kedarnath, the Prime Minister performed Rudrabhishek and other pujas of Baba Kedar.

Taking the blessings of Nandi by circumambulating the temple. Visited Shankaracharya Samadhi. Supervised reconstruction works. After this, the foundation stone of Kedarnath Ropeway project to be built at a cost of 1267 crores was laid.
