Former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat became a member of the steering committee, these 47 leaders got a place in Kharge’s team

After becoming the President of Congress, now Mallikarjun Kharge has also started forming committees of the party. In this sequence, the Congress Steering Committee has also been constituted. Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and veteran Congress leader Harish Rawat has also got a place in this steering committee. Uttarakhand Congress veteran and former Chief Minister Harish Rawat has got a place in the Congress Steering Committee headed by Mallikarjun Kharge. Kharge has announced a 47-member steering committee in place of the working committee. Harish Rawat is the only leader from Uttarakhand, who has been given a place in the Steering Committee headed by the National President.

Congress Steering Committee headed by Mallikarjun Kharge includes former President Sonia Gandhi, former PM Manmohan Singh, Rahul Gandhi, AK Antony, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Ajay Maken, Ambika Soni, Anand Sharma, Avinash Pandey, Gaikhangam Gangmai, Harish Rawat, Jairam Ramesh , Jitendra Singh, Kumari Selja, KC Venugopal, Pu Lalthanhawla, Mukul Wasnik, Oman Chandy, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, P Chidambaram, Randeep Surjewala, Raghuveer Meena, Tariq Anwar, Chella Kumar, Dr Ajay Kumar, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Bhakt Charan Das, Devendra Yadav, Digvijay Singh, Dinesh Gundu Rao, Harish Chaudhary and HK Patil have been kept.

Congress Steering Committee includes Jai Prakash Agrawar, K H Muniyappa, B Manickam Tagore, Manish Chatrath, Meira Kumar, PL Punia, Pawan Kumar Bansal, Pramod Tiwari, Rajni Patil, Raghu Sharma, Rajiv Shukla, Salman Kharshid, Shakti Singh Gohil, T. Subbirami Reddy and Tariq Ahmed Karra have been kept. However, the Chief Minister of any state has not been given a place in this new committee of Congress. Due to which the names of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and CM Bhapesh Baghel are not in this committee.
