A 6-year-old boy was attacked by a man named Sishad when he was standing next to a parked car in Thalassery, Kerala on Thursday (November 3). Sishad kicked the boy so hard that he suffered a serious back injury. The video of this incident is also becoming fiercely viral on social media. Taking cognizance of the matter, the police arrested the accused Sishad. In the viral video, you can see a car parked on the side of the road and a small child standing next to it. In this, a person from the car gets down and hits the innocent hard. According to the report, the accused Sishad is a resident of Ponnampalem in Kerala. At the same time, the victim child is being told of Ganesh, a laborer from Rajasthan, who is living in Kerala in search of work. Regarding this incident, BJP state unit president K Surendran has raised questions on the law and order of the Pinarayi Vijayan government of the state.

Sharing the video of the incident on Twitter, Surendran said, ‘Kerala, which was called God’s Own County (Land of the Gods) under Pinarayi Vijayan’s rule, has become Devil’s Own Land. A six-year-old Rajasthani boy was thrashed with kicks and punches for leaning on the car. This inhuman incident took place in Thalassery, Kannur. It is also seen in the video that there is a woman with Sishad, who gets into the car without saying anything. When the people around asked the accused about this incident, he tried to justify it and immediately ran away.
As soon as the video of the incident went viral, the police took action and arrested Sishad. Police say that they have imposed various non-bailable sections, including attempt to murder, on the accused. Along with the arrest, the car of the accused has also been confiscated. The Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) has also taken cognizance of the matter. CPCR chairman KV Manoj Kumar has said on the incident that the commission has taken cognizance of it and if needed, the commission will also get the child treated.
