Whose fault? Earning 5-7 thousand rupees, Income Tax Department handed over notice of GST evasion of Rs 1 crore

Just imagine what would happen when a teller earning Rs 5,000 to 7,000 per month gets a notice for evasion of GST worth more than Rs 1 crore. One such incident has happened with a youth living in Matindu village of Kharkhoda assembly constituency from Sonepat in Haryana. He is running his livelihood with great difficulty. In such a situation, he has received a notice for stealing GST of more than Rs 1 crore. Tell that the income tax department has sent a notice to the tailor of Matindu village of Kharkhoda assembly constituency of Sonepat for forgery of GST of about Rs 1 crore, seeing which the tailor and his family are shocked. Tailor Pawan Kumar says that he earns five to seven thousand rupees a month by sewing clothes. In such a situation, it is beyond his understanding that how he has stolen GST by forming a firm. According to Pawan, some person has done all this by misusing his ID. He will also meet the Superintendent of Police and complain about this matter.

The notice that has been sent to him by the Income Tax Department, in which it has been said that the firm is built on its documents. He has stolen GST of more than 1 crore. Pawan Kumar says that with his PAN card and Aadhaar card, a young man from Faridabad made a firm by forgery and stole GST. He does not have any business in Ward 2 of Faridabad.

Now that tailor is going through a phase of mental trouble. This case is actually an allegation of GST evasion on the firm of Faridabad. In this case, an FIR was lodged by the Income Tax Department. On the other hand, the victim Pawan Kumar Tailor is complaining to the police and demanding action.
