Ayushi Yadav murder case has been exposed. According to the police, it was the father who shot and killed the daughter. Mother was also present in this incident. The reason was that Ayushi had married a boy of another caste without the consent of the family. At the same time, instead of living in her in-laws’ house, she was living in her maternal house. Solving the mystery of the honor killing case, the police said that both the parents of the deceased Ayushi have been arrested and sent to jail, while the car and weapon used in the crime have also been recovered.

Mathura Superintendent of Police Martand Prakash Singh said, Ayushi was an adult and she had married a lover named Chhatrapal without the permission of her family members. This marriage took place in the Arya Samaj temple and his family was unhappy because of this. In addition, she often left home without informing her parents. Not only this, she was married, but she was living in Delhi with her parents.

Father shot dead in the midst of an argument

Meanwhile, Ayushi, who had left home without informing, returned on November 17 and had a fight with her father Nitesh Yadav. During this, the angry father lost his temper and in the midst of an argument shot the daughter twice with his pistol. In this incident Ayushi died on the spot.

Mother also helped in throwing the dead body

After this, the father made up his mind to dispose of the dead body of the daughter. Mother Brajbala Yadav also supported in this incident. First, both of them kept the dead body of the daughter in their house (Modband village of Badarpur, Delhi) at night and after that packed the dead body in a red colored trolley bag and left the house at 3 am in their car. Then, about 150 km away, in Raya area of ​​Mathura district, threw on the service road of Yamuna Expressway and returned back to Delhi.

Significantly, on the morning of November 18, a dead body wrapped in polythene was found in an abandoned trolley bag. The local people informed the police about this. After the case was registered, 14 police teams were deployed to investigate the matter and they started tracing thousands of mobile phones. Explored the footage of hundreds of CCTV cameras. Used social media and also put up posters in Delhi to identify the deceased.

Secret from unknown phone call

However, concrete information about Ayushi was received from an unknown caller on Sunday morning and later her mother and brother identified her through photographs. Police teams also brought both of them to the mortuary. He confirmed that it was Ayushi’s body.

The family is from Gorakhpur

During police interrogation, it was found that Ayushi’s family is a native of Baluni, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Father Nitesh Yadav had come to live in the national capital New Delhi in connection with employment with the family. At the same time, when the police interrogated the mother and father about Ayushi, a discrepancy was found in their statements, due to which the case was exposed and they accepted the murder of their daughter.

Mother was also made an accused

According to the SP, the mother Brajbala Yadav may not have shot her daughter, but she was involved in disposing of the body and went to Mathura in a car with her accused. That’s why he has also been made an accused.

Parents sent to jail

The deceased’s father Nitesh Yadav and mother Brajbala Yadav have been arrested and sent to jail. They have been booked under IPC sections 302 (murder) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence).

DCW took cognizance

Earlier, the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) took suo moto cognizance of the matter and issued a notice to the Mathura Police, seeking the FIR and autopsy report along with the details of her accused father Nitesh Yadav by November.
