A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court on behalf of superstar Amitabh Bachchan for the protection of his personal rights. Hearing this petition filed on behalf of Amitabh Bachchan on Friday, the court issued an order saying that legal action will be taken against those who cheat the lottery by using Amitabh Bachchan’s name, his voice or picture. This is a crime for the fraud people who do this.

Court hears Amitabh’s petition

The Delhi High Court asked the Telecom Ministry and the IT Ministry to ensure that if somewhere Amitabh Bachchan’s name, his voice or his picture is being used by fraudsters in this manner or without the knowledge of Amitabh Bachchan If going, action should be taken against them. Any such people who cheat in the name of KBC cannot use Amitabh Bachchan’s picture, his voice or his name from now on. In fact, this petition was filed on behalf of Amitabh Bachchan against those websites and applications which were misleading people by using his name in a fake way and making them victims of fraud. Earlier, in the petition filed on behalf of Amitabh Bachchan, it was said that by using his name and voice, people are being cheated by mentioning many such fake lotteries or fake KBC, due to which the name of Amitabh Bachchan is being defamed. Therefore it should be banned.

On behalf of the famous Harish Salve, Amitabh Bachchan’s petition has been heard in the Delhi High Court. After hearing the matter, Justice Naveen Chawla has given the verdict in favor of Big B.
