Police officer’s statement came to the fore
According to news agency ANI, Iglas CO of Aligarh district Raghuvendra Singh told that we have presented the girl (married woman) in the court. From where his statement under Section 164 and permission for investigation under DNA test has been sought. He told that a year ago, a case of murder was registered in Dhatoli village of the police station area after the kidnapping of a teenager, for which a youth named Vishnu Gautam was allegedly sent to jail.
Case reopened
A few days ago, SSP Aligarh Kalanidhi Naithani reached a village in Gonda police station area during the Ramayana Katha, where a woman met him. The woman had told that her innocent son Vishnu Gautam had been sent to jail for kidnapping and killing a village girl. While the girl is alive and married and living with her husband in Hathras.

SSP Kalanidhi was also surprised on hearing this. He immediately instructed the Gonda police station in-charge to investigate the incident seriously. Gonda police station in-charge Inspector Umesh Sharma told that the truth is being brought to the fore. Police teams have been set up for investigation.
According to the report, on February 17, 2015, a girl student studying in class 10 was reported missing. In this case, suspicion was raised on Vishnu, the only son of a widow of the village itself. However, after several months of investigation, the clue of the girl was not found. After some time the dead body of a teenager was found in Agra.
Unknown dead body was cremated at the time of daughter
On the basis of clothes, the father of Gonda resident identified her as his daughter. Vishnu was accused of murder. On the basis of these allegations, the police filed a charge sheet on September 25, 2015 and Vishnu was sent to jail. The matter went to court.
Vishnu came out on bail for a few days, but he was again sent to jail after the trial of the case in the court. Meanwhile, when Vishnu’s family started gathering information about the missing teenager, their search became successful. The girl came to know that she was alive.
