Uttarakhand : Hakam Singh’s bail application rejected in UKSSSC paper leak case, court considered serious matter

In the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission paper leak case, the bail of the famous accused Hakam Singh has been rejected by Dehradun Upper Fourth Sessions Court Judge Dharmendra Singh Adhikari.
