In this viral video from Panna district, it is seen that Chandraprabha Tiwari, former councilor from Ward 22 of Panna had a heated argument with Neelam Choubey, Vice President of District Mahila Morcha. In such a situation, the conversation between the two reached a scuffle and after that Chandraprabha Tiwari slapped Neelam Choubey.
