An FIR has been registered for buffalo theft after the suspension of the in-charge of Dabtori outpost of Bisauli police station area and two other police personnel. When the buffalo of a young man from Lakshmipur village was stolen, he asked the police not to recover his buffalo. It is alleged that the head of the village gets the cow slaughtered. Mukesh, a resident of Lakshmipur village of Bisauli police station area, told that on December 24, his buffalo was surrounded. Someone stole a buffalo in the night. When there was a sound in the night, he woke up and seeing the buffalo missing, raised an alarm. After this, in the night itself, he followed through the hoof or footprint of the buffalo, then he was going to Tanveer’s house. On this the police was informed and the police took Tanveer away.

He told that village head Shafi Ahmed had taken a guarantee in front of four people at Chowki Dabtori that his buffalo would be returned in two days. Because of this, Mukesh withdrew his complaint and got Tanveer released. On Monday, Mukesh again filed a complaint at the Bisauli police station. On which the police have started investigation by registering an FIR against village resident Tanveer and village head Shafi Ahmed for cattle theft. It is alleged that the head of the village is getting the cow slaughtered. He gets people from nearby villages to steal cattle.

Three police personnel, including the outpost in-charge, were suspended for assaulting a youth on suspicion of buffalo theft. In this matter, many villagers of Dabtori Chowki area reached the SSP office on Monday. He told the SSP that the outpost in-charge has been punished for the mistake of the soldiers. Told that outpost in-charge Waris Khan had put a complete rein on Gokash after reaching there. A conspiracy was hatched against him on this matter. The young man whose buffalo was stolen Mukesh. He told that he had withdrawn his complaint at the behest of the Pradhan. He told that Tanveer was released in front of him. The police did not take any money from him. The SSP instructed SP Dehat to meet the villagers and take their side. Told that the departmental inquiry into the matter is being conducted by CO Sahaswan. If he calls again, record the statement.

On the other hand, SP Dehat Siddharth Vama said that the investigation into the matter of suspension of three police personnel including outpost in-charge has been handed over to CO Sahaswan.
