Uttarakhand / Dehradun : In Kalsi minor girl raped by father, accused father arrested

Let us tell you that a shameful incident has come to the fore which has strained relations with Kalsi, where a Kalyugi father crossed the limits of humanity with his own minor daughter. Lives in Kalsi police station area with husband and 2 children, when the elder daughter was 13 years old, her child was raped by her husband, then due to the fear of the public shame of the society, no one knew about the incident. Told but now about 7 days ago, once again my husband has once again done a shameful incident with my baby girl. On this information, Kalsi police immediately registered charges under POCSO act and rape related sections and informed the high officials in this regard, due to the fact that the matter is of very serious nature, on the direction of the high officials, the police station under the leadership of Kalsi police station for the early arrest of the accused. A police team was formed at the level, after informing the police sources about the accused, the team was engaged for the search, in the sequence of which on the morning of December 29, 2022, information was received that the accused was waiting for a vehicle in Haripur to escape. Taking quick action on this information, the team succeeded in arresting the accused of rape. The victim’s medical is being done, the accused will be produced in the Honorable Court today. Investigation is being done in relation to other necessary facts. Necessary legal action will be taken by including those in the discussion.
