Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Dolphin college student caught with ganja

The city of Dehradun is not able to get free from the grip of drugs. The drug addicts are in front and the police are running behind. Now the police has caught the final year student of Agriculture course of Dolphin College with ganja.

In the evening of 20/01/23, the police team formed at Police Station Premnagar caught 01 person during checking near Shakti Vihar Suddhowala, in whose search ganja was recovered from his possession.

According to the police, the apprehended person told that he is a resident of Imphal, Manipur and is a final year student of Agriculture course in Dolphin College.

Police said that he had brought the recovered ganja to Dehradun from Imphal, out of which he had sold a large quantity to drug addicts. A case was registered against the accused under Section 8/20 NDPS Act at Police Station Prem Nagar. Will be produced before the court today.
