Uttarakhand: Excellent performance in Republic Day Parade, CM Dhami honored
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday honored NCC cadets and RDC team, who excelled at the Republic Day Parade at the Chief Minister’s residence. Among those who were honored are cadets Anjali Negi, Cadet Priya Pandey, Cadet Aarti Singh (bronze medal in horse riding), Cadet Yash Pandey (Band Master), Cadet Manoj Singh Bisht (Bronze medal in horseman), Fling Cadet for outstanding performance during camp Avinash, Cadet Mayank Kala, Cadet Girish Joshi, Cadet Tanvi, Cadet Aditi Kaushik and Cadet Priyanka Paneru were included. CM Dhami congratulated NCC Cades for the Republic Day Parade and said that our NCC Cadets performed excellently. Along with this, on the occasion of Republic Day this year, the tableau of Uttarakhand got the first place on the duty path. This is a matter of pride for every Uttarakhand resident. At the same time, CM said that joining a glorious organization like NCC is a matter of pride for every youth. The NCC is a mission more than the organization, which aims to strengthen the spirit of discipline, determination and allegiance to the nation in the youth power of the country.
Whenever there was any crisis or disaster in any part of the country, the cadets of NCC have always discharged their responsibilities with full dedication. The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of pride that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh have been Daksha NCC cadets. NCC is the nursery where future brave soldiers are ready. Therefore, at present, special attention is being paid by the Central Government under the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the expansion and modernization of NCC.
CM Dhami said that the Prime Minister’s plan is to prepare 1 lakh new cadets in the coming time, out of which about one third of women will be. The government also plans to further increase the scope of NCC in the border areas. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that it is a matter of great pride for him that he has also been a Cade of NCC during his student life. During this, CM Dhami said that India gets the presidency of the world’s G20, shows the power of the country on the international platform. While the world’s economy remained disorganized during the Korona period, India’s economy has emerged as the 5th largest economy in the world.
