Uttarakhand: CM Dhami’s ultimatum! If recruitment hangs in the balance due to files, then it is not good

In the Uttarakhand government, the matter of arbitrary and wavering attitude of the officials has come to the fore many times. All the ministers of the state have also raised their voice many times against the whims of the officers, but the officers do not take the name of listening. Now Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has once again taken a strict stand on the negligence of the officials. The Chief Minister has given instructions to the Chief Secretary to crack down on the slow pace of officers in sending requisitions for government recruitment, after which politics has started in Uttarakhand. The pressure on the state government has been increasing ever since the issue of one paper leak in government recruitment came to the fore, in view of which the government is under pressure to conduct the recruitment examinations as soon as possible. In such a situation, the government had also instructed the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission to issue recruitment calendar. On the orders of the government, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had also released the recruitment calendar, but the problem is that due to deficiencies in the requisition of some recruitments sent by the departments, the commission had returned them. The negligence of the officers can be gauged from the fact that there is a delay in sending requisitions to the departments, for which Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed his displeasure. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami took this matter seriously and gave necessary directions to the officials. Along with this, it has been emphasized that the Chief Secretary will hold a meeting with all the departments and take action against the officers who are negligent or sluggish in sending requisitions.

In such a situation, it is expected that following the instructions of the Chief Minister, strict action may be taken against the officers of the departments who create hurdles in the way of government recruitments or the sluggish process of recruitment may be expedited. BJP leaders are praising this step of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal said that the Dhami government has been continuously working for the development of the state and for the bright future of the youth, in which CM Dhami is giving directions to the officials that on any subject related to the state interest No negligence should be done. However, Congress does not agree with the thinking of BJP leaders. Congress leader Garima Dasauni said that due to mutual tussle in the BJP government, they have played with the future of the youth. If the government had woken up in time, perhaps this situation would not have happened.

Let us tell you that, recently, in a meeting with the high officials of the government, the Chief Minister had also expressed concern over the delay in making the policies. Along with this, the CM had also given instructions to simplify the process of policy making, in view of which a letter was also issued to the CS on behalf of the Chief Minister’s Office on the instructions of the CM. Therefore, the CS has given instructions to the planning department to prepare a proposal to implement the new system to speed up the formulation of policies. In such a situation, it is expected that by Monday the approval of the Chief Minister will also be done on the proposal.
