But a similar case had come to light from Rajasthan, in which the court has held the wife and her lover guilty in the murder of husband and 4 children and sentenced them to life imprisonment while pronouncing the verdict today.

This case is about 5 and a half years old, in which husband and 4 children were murdered in Shivaji Park colony of Shivaji Park police station area of Alwar city. Advocate Ashok Sharma, appointed by the government, said that on the night of 2 and 3 October 2017, 5 people, including 4 children, were murdered in the Shivaji Park area. This incident shook the whole city. In this case, Additional District Sessions Judge serial number two Renu Srivastava sentenced the accused woman Sandhya alias Santosh wife Banwari Lal and her lover Hanuman as guilty under sections 302, 460, 120 and 201. He told that Santosh alias Sandhya and her lover Hanuman have been sentenced to life imprisonment under sections 302 and 120B, while 10 years imprisonment in section 460 and four years in section 201. He told that in the kind of heinous murder this is, even this kind of punishment is not enough, so an appeal will be made against the death sentence in the division bench of the Jaipur High Court.
Heavy police force was deployed in the court premises
Due to this decision, a lot of police force was deployed in the court premises today and people were gathered and everyone’s eyes were on its decision. In this murder case, 77 witnesses were taken and 379 documents were verified. 78 articles were proved.
What happened that night
Santosh alias Sandhya’s husband Banwari Lal (40), son Aman (17), Happy alias Himesh (15), Ajju (12), son of Banwari’s brother Mukesh, 36, resident of Garu, Kathumar, living in a rented house in Shivaji Park Nitin alias Nikki (10) was murdered in the night. The incident was disclosed by the police on October 7, in which the deceased Banwari’s wife Santosh, lover Hanuman Prasad and two juveniles involved in the murder were arrested.
Before the incident, crushed sleeping pills were given to the family for dinner and these sleeping pills were given in Raita. After this, Santosh opened the door of the house, where Hanuman, along with two of his companions, killed Banwari and Aman by slitting their throats with a knife while they were sleeping. During this, as soon as the other children started waking up, these people also slit their throats. Santosh was standing on the stairs watching the whole incident.
After killing the five, Santosh gave the scooty key to lover Hanuman and parked the scooty near Mandi turn. After that he reached the railway station and from here went to Rajgarh by auto. Premi Hanuman, who is training as a physical teacher, reached Udaipur by train.
Santosh Sahab used to go to a Taekwondo academy located in Johra to learn martial arts. It was here that he met Baroda Meo Hanuman Prasad and both had an illicit relationship. When husband Banwari and elder son Aman came to know about this, the conspiracy of this murder was hatched.
