During interrogation of the police, the accused told that on the night of April 17, he had come home after drinking alcohol. After having dinner he went to sleep with his wife. As soon as he went to bed, he asked for physical relations, on which the wife refused. There was an argument between the two for a long time, but the wife did not agree. On this, the accused started forcing, on which the woman jumped into the well. According to the accused, he saved her, but killed her as soon as he came out.

A police officer in the case said that the whole matter is of domestic dispute. The accused killed the woman during the night, after that he kept sitting in the house keeping the dead body. People around informed the police in the morning.
