‘Whose home is India and whose home is India, his home…’- Mallikarjun Kharge

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has fiercely targeted the BJP and the NDA government on Saturday (April 22). In fact, Rahul Gandhi completely vacated the Tughlaq Lane Bungalow on Saturday (April 22) afternoon after being disqualified as a Lok Sabha MP. Kharge has taken a dig at the BJP regarding this. He tweeted and said that we are the Congress party, in whose house the whole of India resides. These people will never be able to make him empty the spirit of fighting the battle of truth.

‘The dictatorial government is flaunting’

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge tweeted, “We are the Congress party! The dictatorial government is flaunting by snatching the “home” of the one whose entire home is Hindustan and in whose home Hindustan resides. Rahul Gandhi’s official home Gaya But they will never be able to get the courage to fight for the truth in their mind.”

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has lost the membership of the Parliament for the comment made on the Modi surname during the 2019 elections in Kolar, Karnataka. He had made this comment regarding the Modi surname. Gujarat’s BJP MLA Purnesh Modi had filed a defamation case against him. In this case, the court of Surat had sentenced Rahul Gandhi to 2 years imprisonment. Because of this, his membership of the Lok Sabha was cancelled.

It will also facilitate the assistance in collection of the tax claims between the two countries. Thus, it will strengthen India's commitment to fight offshore tax evasion and tax avoidance practices leading to generation of unaccounted black money. Background: There was no such agreement with Saint Vincent and The Grenadines in the past and India was negotiating this agreement since a long time. Finally, Saint Vincent and The Grenadines agreed to conclude this agreement with India which will promote tax cooperation between the two countries through exchange of information and assistance in collection of outstanding tax claims between the two countries.

1 month for appeal

After the cancellation of the membership of Parliament, he was sent a notice to vacate the government bungalow, he had to vacate the bungalow by 22 April.
