Madhya Pradesh / Bhopal: Wife could not tolerate husband’s infidelity, said before dying – don’t let him perform my last rites and died
In Bhopal, the capital of MP, a woman committed suicide by hanging herself because of her husband’s infidelity. The woman has left a suicide note. In which she has written, “I cannot see you with anyone else and neither can I leave you.” In the suicide note, the woman has also written that after my death, don’t give my body to my husband. Only my parents should perform my last rites, so give my dead body to them only. The police conducted the post-mortem of the woman’s body and handed it over to her parents as per her wish. In fact, in the year 2016, 30-year-old Ranu Kudopa had married Ram Gopal Kudopa, a resident of Mata Mandir area of Habibganj police station area. After marriage, both of them also had a son, whose age is six years.
Dupatta made noose and committed suicide
For the last few days, there was a rift between Ranu’s husband Ramgopal. Ranu’s younger brother Durgesh Irpache had brought her to her maternal home (1100 quarter area) 15 days ago. After having dinner on the night of 23 April, Ranu went to sleep. Other family members also went to sleep in their respective rooms. On April 24 at around seven in the morning, Ranu’s younger sister Premkumari woke up and went to the bathroom. During this, when his eyes fell on Ranu’s room, he saw that Ranu was hanging on the gallows with the help of a scarf.
Sister’s scream
Premkumari started shouting seeing Ranu in this condition. The family members got up. Immediately after this, Ranu was brought down from the trap. The ambulance team that reached the spot after getting the information declared Ranu dead in the preliminary investigation. Habibganj police station also reached the spot as soon as the information about the incident was received. SI Sudil Deshmukh took complete information from the family members. Ranu’s brother Durgesh told the police about the incident. When the police searched Ranu’s room, they found a suicide note written by Ranu.
‘I can’t see you with anyone else’
SI Sudil Deshmukh told Aaj Tak that Ranu had hanged herself with a dupatta. A suicide note was found in her room, which read “I can’t see you with anyone else and can’t leave you, so I’m committing suicide.” ,
Don’t give my dead body to husband
It was further written that after my death my last rites should be performed by my father. My dead body should not be handed over to my husband. Apart from this, he also wrote that after death my six year old son should not be given to her husband.
Woman’s father is a minister’s driver
SI Sudil told Aaj Tak that Ranu’s father is a government employee and these days drives a minister’s car. The relatives of the deceased have accused husband Ramgopal of torturing Raun. Police say that after the post-mortem, Raun’s body was handed over to the family members. Investigation is being done on the basis of suicide note. At the same time, Habibganj police station in-charge Manish Raj Bhadoria told Aaj Tak that the woman had written in the suicide note that she was deeply hurt by her husband’s infidelity and could not see her husband with anyone else, due to which she hanged herself. Investigation is on in the matter.
