PM Modi invites 34 heads of 51 Vibrant Villages of Uttarakhand, will go to Delhi on Independence Day, know what are Vibrant Villages?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sent an invitation to the Pradhan of 34 Gram Panchayats of 51 Vibrant Villages and his wife for the Red Fort on Independence Day. With the help of ITBP, the state government has started preparing to send all these special invitees to Delhi on August 15. Along with a special conversation with PM Modi in Delhi, he will also be taken on a tour of Central Vista.
Vibrant Village Nodal Officer Nitika Khandelwal said that 51 border villages of the state have been selected as Vibrant Villages. Large scale schemes have been made for the development of these villages. He told that for the first time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a special invitation to the heads of 34 gram panchayats of these villages, their spouses on Independence Day.
He told that there is a plan to send all the Pradhans to Delhi with the help of ITBP vehicles. Talks are on with ITBP for this. Told that during this two-day tour, all the guests would be seated at a special place during the Independence Day program in Delhi. On the second day, on August 16, everyone will also be taken on a tour of the new Parliament House Central Vista.
What are Vibrant Villages
51 border villages of Uttarakhand have been selected under Vibrant Village Scheme. Here the government is going to provide water and electricity facilities along with the road. Under the scheme, the government wants to stop the migration of people by developing the border villages.
