The doctor operated on the young man who went to the hospital due to minor stomach pain. Due to negligence, the intestine of the young man was cut from his stomach, which was taken out and given to his family members. After creating ruckus, the accused doctor and staff ran away leaving the patient dying. The matter was reported to the police, but no action was taken. Despite four months of treatment, the young man died. The family members have accused the hospital management of negligence.

Chandhat police station has taken action under section 174 of IPC on the complaint of the brother of the deceased and got the post-mortem of the body done. Police say that action will be taken after the post mortem report comes.

Yogesh, resident of village Solda, has lodged a complaint that on April 26, his brother Bhagat Singh complained of stomach ache. He got medicine from the village doctor, but got no benefit. On April 27, he reached MS Multispeciality Hospital on Sohna Road from Ballabhgarh with his brother.

The doctor ordered three injections worth Rs. 6,000, but there was no benefit. The doctor did a CT scan of Bhagat Singh and told that there was intestinal obstruction in his stomach and he would have to undergo an operation. The doctor deposited the money and started the operation. After about 15 minutes, the doctor took out the small intestine from the stomach and said that the small intestine has been cut, take him to another hospital quickly. The doctor did not give any referral slip.

Due to the ruckus, the staff fled from the spot. Due to incomplete operation, no hospital admitted Bhagat Singh. He admitted Bhagat Singh to a private hospital in Delhi, but he could not recover. He was admitted to AIIMS Hospital on May 8, but the doctor there also refused to do an intestine transplant. On 21st July, Bhagat Singh was discharged and sent home.

It is alleged that he complained about the negligence of the hospital to the police post located in Sanjay Colony, but no action was taken. Bhagat Singh died on Saturday night. Police spokesperson Sanjay Kadian said that action 174 has been taken in the case. The inspection of the matter is going on.
