Uttarakhand: BJP-Congress face to face on Congress MLA Madan Singh Bisht, BJP is making this preparation
After the video of Congress MLA Madan Singh Bisht from Dwarahat assembly seat of Uttarakhand went viral, BJP is trying to corner Congress from all sides. A BJP delegation is going to meet the Governor soon on the entire matter. So that not only legal action is taken against such MLAs, but also action can be taken to terminate their membership.
After the video of Congress MLA Madan Singh Bisht went viral, BJP has got an issue to corner Congress. BJP has described the incident as extremely unfortunate. BJP has raised questions over Congress not taking any action against the MLA. Whereas Congress has described the matter as an internal matter of the party.
BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt says that this is a sad case. The evil attempt made by the Congress MLA to create a scary atmosphere in a peaceful state like Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, exposes the character of the Congress. Bhatt said that he is surprised that till now the Congress leaders have neither taken cognizance of this matter nor said about taking any action. But BJP will meet the Governor and demand legal action against such MLAs.

On the other hand, Congress State Vice President Mathura Dutt Joshi says that the BJP very quickly remembered the work of the Congress MLA. But what action did he take on what was done by his ministers and MLAs? Answer that first. Joshi said that Congress has its own matter, which will be looked into. However, the party has taken cognizance of this matter and is investigating the facts from its level. His side will also be heard from Madan Singh Bisht. If this matter is found to be true then action will definitely be taken.

This is the whole matter
The video of Congress MLA from Dwarahat Assembly seat Madan Singh Bisht is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In the video, MLAs are seen creating ruckus outside the house of the engineering college director. The director and the MLA have also filed a complaint against each other in the police station on the matter. However, a case has been registered against the MLA on the complaint of the director. According to the information received, the MLA had made several calls to the director regarding the problems in the engineering college. But when the director did not pick up the phone despite repeated calls, the MLAs reached outside the director’s house and created a ruckus outside the house and uttered falsehoods.
On the pretext of MLA Madan Bisht, Harish Rawat took many digs at the officers, said – Officers are afraid – if they respected the opposition leader then farewell was fixed
Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat has attacked the state bureaucracy in the name of MLA Madan Bisht. He has directly accused the officials of not picking up the calls of opposition leaders and not giving them respect. He said that officers holding creamy and important positions do not answer the calls of opposition leaders with the thought that people sitting in the government might get angry with them.

In one of his Facebook posts, the former CM said that this is not the problem of MLA Madan Bisht alone, this is the complaint of every opposition leader and social worker. Officials always fear that if the news reaches the BJP that they honored a certain opposition leader by answering his phone, then his departure is certain.
Some officers are also doing good work: Harish Rawat
Harish said that some officers in the state are also doing good work. We do not praise him publicly because it might affect his posting. Today, the trend of politics in the state has become such that opposition leaders not picking up their telephones has become a measure of their loyalty towards the BJP and the present government.
This is not right. However, Rawat has not clarified that what MLA Bisht has done is right and wrong. He could not be contacted on phone several times.
