Contract worker shot himself
The incident happened on Sunday night. The deceased was identified as Vijayant Chaudhary (38 years), son of Jaswant Chaudhary, resident of East Nathnagar. According to the information, it is being told that the employee shot himself on the forehead with his licensed pistol. There is grief among the family members after the incident.
Took possession of the body
After receiving information about the incident, the police team reached the spot. The police have taken the body of the deceased in their custody and sent it for post-mortem. After interrogating the family members, the police have recovered the licensed pistol. Along with this, three empty cartridges have also been recovered from the spot.
Police engaged in investigation
According to the information, CO Niharika Semwal said that the body has been sent for post-mortem. Prima facie it appears that Vijyant Chaudhary is in trouble due to the transaction. The entire matter is being investigated thoroughly.
