Congress’ seat sharing with Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh has been finalized. Now after this, seat sharing between Aam Aadmi Party and Congress has also been decided. An agreement has been reached between the two parties regarding the Lok Sabha elections. According to the information, talks between Congress and Aam Aadmi Party on seats in Delhi, Gujarat, Assam and Haryana are almost finalized. Under this, Aam Aadmi Party will contest elections on 4 seats and Congress on 3 seats in Delhi. Whereas in Gujarat, Congress will give 2 seats to Aam Aadmi Party, while in Haryana and Assam, an agreement has been made on 1 seat each.
Let us tell you that earlier, Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal had said that talks with Congress regarding seat sharing are in the final stages. He had said that it will also be announced soon. However, senior party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak had said that the Congress party does not seem to be enthusiastic in talks regarding seat sharing. However, the matter regarding Punjab has still not been decided between the two parties. It is believed that here both the parties will contest the elections alone.
