Kejriwal gets seventh summons from ED
Let us tell you that the Enforcement Directorate has issued the seventh summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the case of alleged scam in liquor policy in Delhi. The investigating agency has asked the Delhi CM to appear on 26 February (Monday). On the notice, Aam Aadmi Party has said that an illegal notice has been sent to Kejriwal. AAP has repeatedly raised the question on what basis this summons has been sent. When ED itself has gone to court regarding this matter then why can’t it wait.
It was said from the party side that ED only wants to scare Arvind Kejriwal. The way the Supreme Court has given its verdict in Chandigarh, revenge is being taken from Arvind Kejriwal. If this was just a legal matter then the ED would have waited for the court’s decision and would have waited for the budget session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly. Aam Aadmi Party is not afraid.
Kejriwal did not appear even after receiving the first six summons
