IPL: Punjab will clash with Chennai in the first match today
A double header (2 matches in a day) will be played in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) today. The first match of the day will be between Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The match will be played at 3:30 pm at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala, Punjab’s second home ground. The toss will take place at 3:00 pm.
Both teams will face each other for the second time this season. Punjab won the last match by 7 wickets. Today will be the 11th match of both this season. CSK is at number five in the table with 10 points after winning 5 out of 10. On the other hand, PBKS is at the seventh position with 8 points after winning 4 out of 10.
The second match of the day will be played between Lucknow Supergiants (LSG) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee (Ekana) Stadium in Lucknow from 7:30 pm.
