Four youths, including volunteers of Chardham Yatra Management and Control Organization, have been caught on the complaint of taking money from devotees in the name of offline registration. The remaining three youths are his companions. These people book offline registration slots in advance with individual ID on the tourist care app and keep them with them. In the railway station, bus station, the devotees who are not registered and sell the slot from them.

The accused have been identified as Kaushik Vishwas resident Gumaniwala, Aman Gusain, Sachin Jugalan and Mukesh Pandey resident twenty bigha Rishikesh.
