In view of the Lok Sabha elections in the state, the government had changed the charge of a large number of officers in order of the instructions of the Election Commission of India. Many officers of the secretariat also came to this JD. Due to the imposition of the code of conduct, new works could not be started in the state. During the period of the code of conduct, forest fire spread rapidly in the state. The army had to take help to handle it.

Chardham Yatra also deteriorated

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami left his election tour in the middle and gave guidelines to get control of wildfire. The same situation was Chardham Yatra. After the beginning of the yatra, all the arrangements were dwarfed in front of the enthusiasm of the devotees. Here too, the Chief Minister had to come forward to intervene and make arrangements. The administrative working style was surrounded by these incidents, but due to the code of conduct, the administrative reshuffle could not be done during this period.

Now that the code of conduct is going to end, the government is also a challenge to repair the system along with speeding up development works. It is obvious that for this, she would like to deploy such officers in the concerned departments, who can speed up the work as per the expectation of the government. In such a situation, it is believed that soon the government can make a major reshuffle in the responsibilities of officers from districts to secretariat.
