Uttarakhand: Kedarnath by-election activities intensify, after BJP, Congress also released the list of 40 star campaigners, including the names of many bigwigs including state in-charge, president

Congress is in action regarding Kedarnath by-election. Congress has released the list of star campaigners for Kedarnath by-election. Congress has made 40 leaders star campaigners for Kedarnath by-election.

40 Congress leaders have been made star campaigners in this list. These include Congress party’s Uttarakhand in-charge Kumari Shailaja, party’s state president Karan Mahara, Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat, former state president Pritam Singh, Deputy Leader of Opposition Bhuvan Kapri, central leader Gurdeep Singh Sappal, former state president Ganesh Godayaal, co-in-charge Pragat Singh and Surendra Sharma have been included in the list of star campaigners. 40 names have been fixed in the list.

Almost all the MLAs have been included in the star campaigners made by the Congress party for Kedarnath by-election. These leaders will be responsible for campaigning for the Congress candidate in Kedarnath assembly of Uttarakhand. Former Cabinet Minister Harak Singh Rawat, former Cabinet Minister Prasad Naithani, former MP Pradeep Tamta, State President of Mahila Congress Jyoti Rautela, President of Congress Seva Dal Hema Purohit will also campaign in favour of the Congress party candidate.

Voting is to be held on November 20 on the Kedarnath assembly seat. Counting of votes will be done on November 23. There are a total of 90,540 voters on the Kedarnath assembly seat. Which includes 44,765 male voters and 45,775 female voters. Along with this, there are a total of 2,949 service voters on this assembly seat. Which includes 2,921 male voters and 28 female voters.
