Ukraine will be divided into two parts! Trump’s envoy made a special proposal, will Putin agree now?

An adviser to Donald Trump has suggested that Ukraine could be divided like ‘post-World War II Berlin’ under a peace plan. General Keith Kellogg said that Britain and France could take control of western Ukraine, which could stop Russia’s aggression.
This would mean that about 20 percent of the eastern part of Ukraine, which Russia has already occupied, would remain under Putin’s control. An 18-mile-wide ‘demilitarized zone’ (DMZ) will be created between Ukraine and Russia, behind which the Ukrainian army will be stationed.
This is what the US special envoy said
According to The Times report, US special envoy General Keith Kellogg said that if troops led by Britain and France are deployed in western Ukraine, it would not be ‘provocative at all’ for Vladimir Putin. 80-year-old Kellogg said that Ukraine is such a large country that many armies can be deployed there simultaneously so that a ceasefire can be enforced.
Explaining his idea, he said, “You can make Ukraine somewhat like what happened in Berlin after World War II, where one part was under Russian control, the other under French, British and American control.”
Know what will be the Russia-Ukraine border?
General Kellogg said that British and French forces would be stationed west of the Dnipro River, which is a natural and major border line. He made it clear that the US would not send its troops to Ukraine under this plan. He said that the 18-mile-wide “demilitarized zone” (DMZ) that would be created between Russia and Ukraine would be easy to monitor and would be along the existing border line. However, last month, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had said that the Kremlin would not accept the peacekeeping forces of NATO countries under any circumstances.
Know why Europe is in tension over the Trump administration’s proposal?
This proposal of the Trump administration is being seen as an attempt to bring peace to Ukraine. For this reason, it is believed that if there is a ceasefire, the Dnipro River can become a border line between Russia and Ukraine. General Kellogg did not say that the Western forces should go east of the Dnipro River and hand over more land to Putin. However, later he clarified his statement on the social media platform X and said that these forces would still support the sovereignty of Ukraine and his proposal was not talking about dividing Ukraine.
