Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Two bodies found in labour quarters of a building under construction, sensation created in the area

A couple committed suicide in the labour quarters of an under-construction building in Dehradun. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took the bodies of the deceased into custody. After the incident, there has been a sensation in the area.

The incident took place on April 20. According to the police, a couple committed suicide by hanging themselves in the labour quarters of an under-construction building near Graphic Era Hospital. On receiving the information, a police team reached the spot and took the bodies of the deceased into custody. The deceased were identified as Bhaskar Lal (28), son of Baburam Chandrakar, resident of Chhattisgarh and Janik Gaur (26).

Police engaged in investigation
It is being told that the deceased used to work as an electrician in the under-construction building. Police said that the couple committed suicide by hanging themselves from a pipe installed in the roof of the labour quarters. The police took the bodies of the deceased into custody and sent them for post-mortem. The reasons for the suicide are being investigated.
