NIA Special Public Prosecutor, advocate Rahul Tyagi, stated, “In the case of gangster Anmol Bishnoi, we have completed all our investigations. We requested the court to send him to judicial custody so that he can face trial, as he was an absconder. The order has been passed, and he was produced via video conferencing and sent to judicial custody. An order has been passed by the Ministry of Home Affairs under Section 303, stating that he will remain in a Delhi jail for the next one year so that he can face trial in this case, as he was absconding.”
