Uttarakand: A major update has emerged in the case of journalist Pankaj Mishra’s death

A major update has emerged in the case of journalist Pankaj Mishra’s death. The court has classified the case as culpable homicide not amounting to murder and has approved an investigation under Section 105. The judicial remand of the accused has also been approved under the same charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

It is worth noting that after Pankaj Mishra’s death, the police arrested two people. These include journalist Amit Sehgal and his associate from Mumbai. Both are accused of assaulting Pankaj Mishra, after which his condition deteriorated and he later died.
