Former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore, who was expelled from the party, has clarified his position on the controversial audio clip related to the Ankita Bhandari murder case. Speaking at a press conference at the Haridwar Press Club, Rathore claimed the audio was AI-generated and fake.
Suresh Rathore demands action against alleged wife
Former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore has also demanded legal action against Urmila Sanawar, the woman who released the audio and leveled allegations against him. Rathore claims that there is a continuous attempt to tarnish his social and political image. Rathore also stated that the Congress party is unnecessarily politicizing an issue that has already been settled in court.
BJP had expelled Suresh Rathore from the party
It should be noted that Suresh Rathore is a former MLA from the Jwalapur constituency. He came into controversy after marrying Urmila Sanawar and announcing it at a press conference. The BJP expelled him from the party for marrying a second time while his first wife was still alive and for disregarding the rules of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). Following disagreements with Rathore, Urmila has been continuously making serious allegations against Suresh and other BJP leaders on social media.
